CECA is directed by a Board of Directors
that meets a minimum of three times each year. When possible, the
Board will delegate many of its activities to committees to study
a given subject and make recommendations to the Board and the membership:
- Finance
- Governmental Affairs and Political Action
- Education and Training
- Meetings and Conventions
- Membership
- Publications
When subjects arise requiring a special committee to study a subject
and guide it through to conclusion, the Board will appoint a special
committee on the subject matter.
Once a direction is established, this direction becomes either a long-range
goal or a short-range goal and will be given to the staff to implement. |
